Legal Information

Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the KSETUHUB website or engaging our digital services. They explain the general terms that apply to website visitors, enquiries and client projects.

Last updated: 15 October 2026
Important: These terms provide a general framework for using this website and requesting services. A signed agreement, accepted quotation, statement of work or other written project agreement may contain additional terms. Where terms conflict, the specific agreement will govern to the extent permitted by law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to KSETUHUB Digital Services. In these terms, “KSETUHUB,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business providing services through this website. “You” and “your” refer to a visitor, prospective customer or client.

By accessing or using this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

If you are engaging us on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to make enquiries and enter into agreements on its behalf.

2. Our Services

KSETUHUB provides digital and website-related services, which may include:

  • Website design, development and redesign.
  • WordPress and HTML website development.
  • E-commerce website development and configuration.
  • Search engine optimisation (SEO) and website optimisation.
  • Website maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support.
  • Server, hosting, domain and website management assistance.
  • Google Business Profile setup and optimisation assistance.
  • Other digital services specifically agreed with a client.

The exact scope, deliverables, exclusions and duration of a project will be described in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or written agreement. We may decline a request that falls outside our capabilities, is unlawful or cannot reasonably be delivered under the proposed conditions.

3. Enquiries, Quotations & Project Approval

Contact forms, emails and quote requests are enquiries, not confirmation that a project has been accepted. A project begins only after its scope and commercial terms have been agreed and any required initial payment has been received.

Unless a quotation states otherwise, prices, estimates and proposals are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, please confirm availability and pricing before relying on an older quotation.

Work requested beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional fees or an adjusted delivery date. We will seek approval for material scope or cost changes before proceeding.

4. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver a project effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information, instructions and feedback.
  • Supply the text, images, logos, product details and other materials needed for the work.
  • Ensure you have permission to use all materials you provide.
  • Provide necessary access to domains, hosting, content management systems and relevant accounts.
  • Review drafts, test deliverables and report issues within the agreed review period.
  • Make payments when due under the accepted quotation or agreement.
  • Maintain appropriate backups and account access unless those tasks are expressly included in our services.

Delays in receiving content, approvals, access or payments may affect delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Pricing, Deposits & Payment

Service fees, deposits, instalments, taxes and payment deadlines will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or written agreement. Any applicable taxes or third-party charges will be identified where relevant.

  • A deposit or advance payment may be required before work starts.
  • Milestone payments may be required for larger projects.
  • Recurring services must be paid according to the agreed billing schedule.
  • Domain registrations, hosting, premium themes, plugins, licences, paid tools and other third-party expenses may be charged separately unless included in the quotation.

If an invoice remains unpaid, we may pause work or suspend non-essential services after providing reasonable notice, subject to the applicable agreement and law. Any consequences of late payment will be handled according to the agreed terms and applicable law.

Do not assume that a verbal estimate, promotional price or previous quotation applies to a new project unless confirmed in writing.

6. Project Timelines, Revisions & Acceptance

Delivery timelines

Estimated timelines depend on project scope, content availability, approvals, access, payment and third-party services. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines, but a stated estimate is not a guarantee unless a written agreement expressly says so.

Revisions

The number and type of revisions included in a project will be specified in the quotation or project agreement. Requests that change the approved design, functionality, requirements or project scope may be treated as additional work and may incur extra fees.

Testing and approval

You are responsible for reviewing the delivered website and confirming that content, pricing, contact details, product information and other business-specific details are correct. Please report defects promptly so they can be assessed against the agreed scope.

Launch and handover

Launch, handover of files, account access and transfer of credentials will take place according to the project agreement. Outstanding payments or missing client approvals may delay handover where permitted by the agreement and applicable law.

7. Cancellation, Suspension & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project or ongoing service, contact us in writing as soon as possible. The applicable quotation or service agreement will determine the cancellation process, notice period and any fees due.

Where work has already been performed, payment may be due for completed work, approved expenses, non-cancellable third-party charges and other amounts properly payable under the agreement and applicable law.

Any refund will be assessed in accordance with the applicable agreement and legal requirements. We do not intend these terms to exclude any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may pause or terminate a service for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment or other grounds specified in the applicable agreement. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue.

If you offer a specific refund policy, cancellation window or deposit rule, publish the exact details in a separate Refund & Cancellation Policy and ensure they match your quotations and client agreements.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Client-provided materials

You retain ownership of materials you own and provide to us. You grant us permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.

Project deliverables

Ownership and usage rights for custom designs, source files, website content and other deliverables will be governed by the accepted quotation or written agreement. Where no specific arrangement has been made, rights will be determined by the applicable law and any relevant licences.

Third-party software and assets

Themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software libraries and other third-party components may be subject to separate licence terms. Their use does not automatically transfer ownership to you or KSETUHUB. You are responsible for ongoing licence or renewal fees unless the project agreement states otherwise.

Portfolio use

We will not assume that confidential client materials may be publicly displayed. Any use of your business name, logo, screenshots or project work in our portfolio or marketing should be authorised by you or otherwise permitted by law.

9. SEO, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Website performance may depend on search engines, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, social networks, analytics platforms, plugins and other third-party services. These providers may change their features, policies, pricing or availability without our control.

SEO and digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors, including competition, website condition, content, market conditions and search engine algorithms. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, enquiries, sales, advertising results or revenue.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform suspensions, policy changes or account decisions outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with issues that fall within the agreed service scope.

10. Website Maintenance, Security & Backups

Maintenance and server management are provided only to the extent included in the agreed service plan. The scope may specify update frequency, backups, monitoring, recovery assistance, response times and support hours.

No website or server can be guaranteed to be completely secure, continuously available or free of errors. Unless explicitly included in the service agreement, we do not guarantee continuous monitoring, instant incident response, disaster recovery or restoration of every lost file or database.

Clients should maintain independent backups of important data and keep account credentials secure. Before major updates or migrations, the parties should clarify backup responsibility and the recovery process in writing.

If we manage hosting or infrastructure on your behalf, the specific provider's terms, resource limits, acceptable-use policies and renewal conditions may also apply.

11. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to use this website or our services to:

  • Break applicable laws or infringe another person's rights.
  • Transmit malware, malicious code, spam or fraudulent material.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
  • Disrupt website operations or interfere with security controls.
  • Submit misleading information or content you are not authorised to use.
  • Use our services to facilitate unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect our website, clients and systems, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimers, Warranties & Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and professional services, but website content is provided for general information and may not always be complete, current or suitable for every situation.

Except for commitments expressly stated in a written agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without a guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses that are excluded under the applicable agreement or law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable statutory or consumer rights.

Any agreed limitation of liability, warranty period, support commitment or remedy for defective work should be recorded in the applicable project or service agreement. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion of responsibility for our own obligations under that agreement.

13. Privacy & Personal Information

When you contact us, request a quotation or use our website, we may process information you provide to respond to your enquiry, administer a project, provide support and meet applicable legal obligations.

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Please read it alongside these Terms & Conditions.

If you submit personal information on behalf of another person or business, you should have the authority required to do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

Changes generally apply prospectively from the stated effective date, unless applicable law or a separate agreement requires otherwise. Material changes to an existing client engagement will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections. Any dispute should first be raised with us so both parties can attempt to resolve it in good faith.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the competent courts and dispute-resolution procedures will be determined under applicable law and any valid written agreement between the parties. Nothing here removes a legal right to approach a competent authority or forum.
