Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellation requests, refunds, advance payments and recurring digital services are handled by KSETUHUB Digital Services.
1. Overview
KSETUHUB Digital Services provides digital services that may include website design, website development, WordPress development, SEO, website maintenance, server management and related technical support.
Because services may involve customised work, reserved project time, third-party purchases and ongoing support, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed according to the agreed scope and the circumstances of each engagement.
The quotation, invoice, proposal or written service agreement for your project may contain more specific cancellation, milestone, warranty or refund terms. Those terms should be read together with this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund request will be assessed based on the service purchased, the progress of the work, payments already made, any approved expenses, and the applicable agreement and law.
Situations we may review for a refund
Examples include a duplicate payment, an agreed service that has not been provided, an eligible cancellation under the applicable agreement, or another circumstance in which a refund or other remedy is required by law.
Situations that may affect the amount
If work has already been completed, project resources have been committed, or approved third-party expenses have been incurred, those factors may affect the amount refundable, subject to the agreement and applicable law.
We will review the actual circumstances rather than assuming that every cancellation qualifies for a full refund or that every payment is automatically non-refundable.
3. Advance Payments and Deposits
Certain projects may require an advance payment or deposit before work begins. The amount, purpose and payment schedule should be specified in the accepted quotation or agreement.
If you cancel after work has started, we may account for work completed, agreed cancellation charges and properly incurred non-cancellable expenses when assessing a refund, to the extent permitted by the agreement and applicable law.
The treatment of any unused advance balance will be determined after reviewing the project status, payments, expenses and applicable terms. Any mandatory legal entitlement to a refund remains unaffected.
4. Cancellation by the Client
If you want to cancel a project or service, send a written request to hello@ksetuhub.in. Include your name, project or invoice reference, the service purchased and the reason for cancellation.
After receiving your request, we will review the applicable agreement and determine:
- The work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any outstanding fees for services already supplied.
- Any approved third-party expenses that cannot reasonably be cancelled.
- Whether an amount is refundable under the agreement and applicable law.
- Any remaining handover, access or closure steps.
Please do not assume that a project has been cancelled until we acknowledge the request in writing. Any notice period expressly agreed for a recurring service will continue to apply, subject to applicable law.
5. Cancellation or Suspension by KSETUHUB
We may need to suspend or end a project or service if there is a material breach of the agreement, prolonged non-payment, unlawful use, unavailable required resources, or another valid reason under the applicable agreement and law.
Where appropriate, we will communicate the reason and provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. If we cancel a service without delivering a portion for which you have already paid, any refund or other remedy will be assessed according to the agreement and applicable law.
We will not use this section to avoid obligations or withhold remedies that are legally due to a client.
6. Client Delays, Missing Content and Non-Response
Website projects often require content, images, credentials, approvals and feedback from the client. Missing materials or delayed responses may affect delivery dates and project scheduling.
If a project is delayed because required information or approvals have not been provided, we may contact you to agree on a revised schedule or next steps. Any additional costs or consequences will be handled according to the accepted quotation or written agreement and applicable law.
A delay or lack of response does not automatically remove any refund entitlement that may otherwise apply.
7. Recurring Services and Maintenance Plans
Website maintenance, server management and other ongoing services may be billed monthly, annually or according to another agreed schedule.
- Cancellation requests should be sent in writing using the contact details below.
- Any agreed notice period and billing cycle will be considered when processing cancellation.
- Fees for services already supplied may remain payable.
- Unused prepaid periods will be reviewed according to the applicable plan terms and law.
- Domain, hosting, licence and other subscriptions may have separate renewal and cancellation conditions.
Please check your service plan or invoice for the exact renewal date, notice period, included work and any plan-specific refund conditions.
8. Third-Party Products and Expenses
A project may involve domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, software licences, stock assets, payment gateway fees or other external services.
These purchases may be governed by the third-party provider's own refund and cancellation policies. We cannot promise a refund from an independent provider where that provider's rules do not allow one.
Where a third-party expense was incurred on your behalf, we will review its status and the agreed payment terms when assessing any project refund. Any amount legally required to be refunded will remain subject to applicable law.
9. Defects, Revisions and Rework
If you believe a delivered website or service does not match the agreed specifications, contact us with a clear description of the issue and, where possible, screenshots or other supporting details.
We will review the issue against the accepted scope, any applicable support or warranty period, and the circumstances of delivery. Depending on the agreement and applicable law, an appropriate response may include correction, rework, further support, a price adjustment or another remedy.
Requests for new features, changes to previously approved requirements or work outside the original scope may be treated as additional work. This does not affect rights relating to work that fails to meet an applicable legal or contractual obligation.
10. How to Request a Refund
To help us review your request, email hello@ksetuhub.in with the following information:
- Your full name and business name, if applicable.
- The email address used when placing the order.
- The project name, invoice number or payment reference.
- The service and amount paid.
- The reason for the cancellation or refund request.
- Relevant payment confirmation or supporting documents, if available.
Please do not email passwords, full card numbers, banking PINs or other sensitive authentication details.
We may request reasonable additional information needed to verify the transaction and assess the request.
11. Review and Refund Processing
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a reasonable period and will review them as promptly as practical. The time required may depend on the project records, the payment provider and whether further information is needed.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where feasible. The time for funds to appear in your account may depend on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.
If a different refund method is required, we will communicate with you to arrange an appropriate method, subject to verification and applicable law.
12. Statutory Rights and Policy Updates
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or replace any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Indian law.
We may update this policy when our services or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
For a project already underway, the agreed quotation or service agreement and applicable law will determine how changes to this policy affect that engagement.
